These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the 33ook platform and all services connected to it. 33ook is an online betting and casino platform that provides digital entertainment services for users in Bangladesh.

By using this website, registering an account, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all the terms listed below. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.

• If you notice any unusual activity in your account, notify our support team immediately.
• It is your responsibility to keep the information registered to your account current and accurate at all times.
• Make it a habit to log out on every device, especially shared devices.

To deposit funds at 33ook, we support the most widely used mobile banking methods in Bangladesh.

• Supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (the same for each method).
• Once deposited funds are added to your account, they are applicable for your personal use only.
• Depositing from a third-party account is completely prohibited. Transactions must be made from the registered member's own payment account.
• No hidden charges apply to deposits; however, your mobile banking provider may impose their own fees.

The following conditions apply when withdrawing winnings:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the mobile banking number used to make the deposit.
• Withdrawal requests typically take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process.
• Withdrawals may be held if account verification has not been completed.
• The wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing funds earned from a bonus.

33ook offers an attractive welcome bonus for new members. The following conditions apply to this bonus:

• 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
• Example: deposit ৳8,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳13,000.
• This bonus applies to the first deposit only and is granted once per account.
• The wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing the bonus.

To become eligible to withdraw bonus funds, a specified amount of bets must be completed:

• Wagering requirement: 25 times the bonus amount.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the combined total of deposit and bonus).
• Example: for a ৳1,500 bonus, ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is completed.
• If the bonus balance reaches zero, the wagering requirement is automatically cancelled.

33ook has a three-tier VIP program for loyal members, offering special benefits to regular players:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback benefit.
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback benefit.
• Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback benefit.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on the member's overall activity and engagement on the platform. Cashback is applied automatically each week and can be withdrawn.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33ook platform. If such activities are detected, the account may be cancelled and the balance forfeited:

• Operating multiple accounts or committing bonus fraud.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets.
• Using the platform for money laundering.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Misconduct or harassment towards other members or staff.
• Registering with false information or attempting to avoid identity verification.
• Depositing or withdrawing using a third party's funds.

33ook offers various types of entertainment including sports betting, casino games, live casino, slots, and fishing games. Each game category has its own specific rules.

• Once any bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game experiences an issue due to a technical fault, 33ook reserves the right to reassess the relevant bet.
• If incorrect odds or payouts are displayed due to a software error, 33ook may cancel that bet.
• In the sports betting section, if an event is cancelled or changed, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.

• No external interference or manipulation of game results is possible.

Members may request to close their account at any time through support. 33ook reserves the right to close an account in the following circumstances:

• If a serious breach of these Terms or fraudulent activity is detected.
• Due to prolonged inactivity (with applicable notice).
• At the member's own request under the responsible gaming policy.
• Due to regulatory directives or legal requirements.

Any valid balance (where bonus wagering has been completed) may be withdrawn prior to account closure.
